Lucille E. Newberry, 95, of Lancaster, Virginia passed away on October 4, 2016. She was a World War II Navy veteran.

She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Newberry Smith (Jerry), John Newberry (Terri), Lucy Newberry Lepinsky (Al), Anna Newberry Murphy (Charlie) and Marie Newberry; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and brother, John Ravinsky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse H. Newberry.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held 11:00 a. m. Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Currie Funeral Home.
