Robert E. "Bobby" Crowther, III, 80 of Kilmarnock, Virginia passed away on July 25, 2017.

He is survived by his sons, Robert E. "Robbie" Crowther, IV (Betsy) and Chris Crowther (Michelle); two grandchildren, Robert Crowther and Nicole Crowther; three brothers, David Crowther (Harriet), Randy Crowther and Steve Crowther (Joan) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert E. Crowther, Jr. and Ruth M. Crowther.

Bobby was a past service member with Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department, charter member of the Kilmarnock-Lancaster Rescue Squad and a member of the Lions Club.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p. m. Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow the service at Clifton Ridge Cemetery. Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
