William "Billy" J. Voss, 72, of Kilmarnock, Virginia passed away on November 2, 2015. He was a retired building contractor and a member of Bluff Point United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Billie Jean Smith (Michael) of Emmerton; brother, Cliff Voss of Kilmarnock and two grandchildren, Johnathan and Christian Smith.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p. m. Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Currie Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Clifton Ridge Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
