Donna J. Thomas, 69, of Lancaster, Virginia passed away on January 28, 2018.

She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, George W. Thomas; daughters, Shelley Lackert and Stacey Smith (Shane); three grandchildren, Heather Lackert, Melinda Lackert and Evan Smith; two great grandchildren, Nicholas Low and Matthew Cockrell ; two brothers, Lloyd Lee Jenkins, Jr. and Phillip Graham Jenkins and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Olene Jenkins; brother, Kendall Jenkins and sister, Frances Terrel.

Donna retired after 33 years of service with Levi Strauss and Company. She was employed by Arton Products in Lively, Virginia.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Corrottoman Baptist Church, Ottoman. Inurnment will follow the service at Corrottoman Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. Wednesday, January 31 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
