Michael Morchower's, "Magic Mike", ability to engage with people of all levels regardless of status, was one of his greatest assets. Meeting him in the office or on the street, he was always engaging, friendly and professional. May peace and comfort rest upon the family at this time.

I was sorry to read about the passing of Mike Morchower. He was a huge figure in Richmond. During the late 1960's and early 1970's, I was a student of his when he taught law in the criminal justice program at Virginia Commonwealth University. He was an interesting person and we got along well. Frequently we talked after classes and after graduation I would also see him at distant places around the state. Our last encounter was at the Supreme Court of Virginia. Wishing his family well and peace to Mike. Ron Neely

We will all miss Mike's brilliant mind, charismatic personality, and sense of humor. I will especially miss seeing him at the pool for his morning swim. My deepest sympathy to Cathy and his family.

Sorry for your loss. May the family find comfort through prayerful reliance on Jehovah, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He invites you all to throw your burdens on him and he will sustain you in this time of grief, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 56, 7; Psalms 55:22
