Julian Booker Webb, Jr., 61 of Northumberland Plantation, Ophelia died on January 30, 2018. He was a waterman and avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julian B. Sr. and Peggy Lou Webb, sisters, Carolyn W. Taylor, Linda W. Tapscott and Brenda L. Webb. Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Judy B. Webb; daughter Katie P. Webb; his local waterman family and his Plantation Cronies. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
