John Thomas “Sandy” Quillan, age 77, of Kilmarnock, VA died Friday, August 17, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Helen Layman Quillan; a daughter and her husband, Gladys Q. and Steven G. Larson of Topping, VA; a grandson and his wife, Gregory Chase and Lauren Withers; two great grand children; Bethany Grace and Christopher Chase Withers all of Wake, VA; a sister and her husband Jacquelyn Q. and Andrew Austin and a nephew, Jon Austin all of Houston, TX and a brother-in-law and his wife, Edward and Candy Manuel Layman.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at Woodlawn Cemetery, Kilmarnock, VA. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at The Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, VA.
